I was delighted to engage Change by Degrees to do a packaging awareness workshop for our marketing tems as well as making videos make videos for our social media campaign on Packaging and choice in SuperValu. Their reputation as the founders of Plastic Free Kinsale ensured they had credibility and authenticity. Tara and Madeleine brought great insight into what consumers are looking from our brand in terms of packaging. Our teams and customers engaged really well with these practical workshop and down to earth videos.

Both Madeline and Tara did a fantastic presentation on Sustainability at The Panel offices recently. Their business, Change by Degrees, is a brilliant concept. Their presentation was very informative and engaging with a mix of slides, short videos, gamification and Q&A. My eyes were opened on a number of subjects, what goes into the green bin, how misleading some labeling is on packaging, positive changes we can all make and hope! The Change by Degrees presentation was one of the most popular team events we had. Madeline and Tara’s skillful engagement made it fun instead of “preachy” and I would highly recommend other businesses to engage them to present to their teams. It will be time very well spent!

I always open the Sustainability Team’s email newsletters. The content is put together very well and has a really nice mix of articles. From practical tips to understanding the wider impact of sustainability on our world, there’s always something for me to take away.

Tara delivered a fantastic talk to our staff and clients on sustainability as it applies to their professional and personal lives. It was a wakeup call for many of us. Tara’s positive and inspiring style engaged the audience fully and she made the case for the change we need to shape a better world.

We were delighted with the advice Change by Degrees gave us when they attended our Wellness Center in Apple Cork. They shared practical, easy to understand information and proposed simple and achievable recommendations to reduce waste and single use plastics that we were able to implement immediately. We also asked Change by Degrees to write a sustainability policy for us, to help us to communicate our commitment to reducing our impact on the world around us. Great service and practical advice!
