• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

• Via recording of webinars & events Change by Degrees Ltd participate in, we will notify you when we are storing your information.

Change by Degrees Ltd securely stores your data on our Server & MS Sharepoint which requires additional security of MS Authenticator when logging into our Microsoft account.

Change by Degrees Ltd will keep your contact details: name & email address if you have signed up to our Newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the Opt-Out/Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter OR you may email info@changebydegrees.com to request all your details are deleted from our records. Any credit card transactions are processed immediately – no card details are kept on record.

Marketing

If you have agreed to receive e-mail marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email info@changebydegrees.com to request to be removed from distribution list.
